Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@fenbendazol.shop or call us at 302-281-2726. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to complete the return.
Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, making sure to include the original packaging and any accessories. Please write the provided Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided above using a trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a shipping receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund on all purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs associated with the original purchase or the return shipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
